Leaves are yellowing and falling not sure what's wrong

    Not sure what the cause of the yellow leaves tried playing with nutrient levels but then understood its related to the ph have been watering it with 6.7 pHs before. applied a full flush and now I'm giving it tap water with a ph between 5.5-6.5 but the plant doesn't really change, is the damage permanent?

    What type of medium; soil or hydro? soil
    What brand and type of soil? light mix local
    Indoors or outdoors? indoor
    What strain? green crack auto
    How old are the plants?55 days old
    What type of lights and how many watts? 250w hps
    How far from the lights? 30 cm
    What is your watering frequency and source of water? every 2 days using thumb method tap water
    What, how much and when was it fed? NPK? Fed by Atami Soil A+B + Bloombastic applying 70% of the recommended nutritient amount by site chart.
    What is the medium/runoff pH and PPM if in hydro?
    What are the temps and humidity in the room? 26 40%
    What size pots? 15 L
    Any bugs? Look real close. no
    Any other pertinent info?
