You are watering too often causing the plant to lack oxygen to the roots. That is what's causing the yellowing. Some of the leaves have gotten wet so try and be more careful when watering. This is causing the brown blotches. The plant is a little heat stressed. The teeth on the leaf blade edges show this as they are curling up a little
