Yea I've figured it all out now the whole purpose of this post was because I thought the blue light could be bad in the first place. But i needed to understand why it was a bad thing or a good thing. This was my first post and I really didn't expect such a fast response and should of taken my time wording my question.
This is a repost of an edit I had made to one of my earlier replies: Edit: also, moonlight is refracted light so very little in terms of par (photosynthetic active radiation) if any, reaches the plant. This is very different than direct light hitting the plant. So because the light is refracted there is nowhere near a normal spectrum hitting the plant and they’ve evolved over millennia in that light at night. As you can well imagine this is very different light than your led panel would emit. First to third grow. From beginner to novice lol.
