Learning the ways of the harmless plant

Discussion in 'Seasoned Marijuana Users' started by shamwowgal, Jan 24, 2013.

  1. I live in Vermont and have been using cannabis for medical reasons for about two years. I do not have a card because my doctors stopped listening to me and I have not been able to find a new doctor.

I have worked in health care for ten years and I would like to change over to helping others improve their quality of life with mmj. I want to learn all aspects growing, advocacy, etc. but I am not sure where to start. I am willing to work for free to start...I guess it would be an internship/apprenticeship.

I know moving is the easiest solution but I do not have funds for that. Supposedly we are getting one dispensary here but I have not been able to find any contact information to go about this. Also even though Vermont is making strides we are still very far behind and there are a lot of people here that think cannabis is dangerous.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Peace XO
