Learning how to roll

Discussion in 'Beginner Cannabis Consumption & Tips' started by AZBLAZER420, Feb 9, 2011.

  1. So today I decided that it is time for me to learn how to roll. I consider myself a seasoned toker, but I have never really smoked joints nor blunts. Always just hit a spoon or a bong. So I bought a packet of tops to practice and my first joint didnt turn out that bad. havent smoked it yet but I think it will work. So anyone got any good ideas??:smoke:

  2. Its all in the guide.

Just practice, practice, practice and you'll get better. I also asked one of my friends who's a good roller to walk me through it. It helps a lot to have somebody in person giving feedback...

  3. This

Theres no real way to get better other than practice man.

  4. As said before, practice is your friend. I would also suggest trying out many types of papers to see which ones fit you, everyone's got their brand.

  5. Don't buy a roller.................................................. Learn by hand...

    It's an art.

  6. I learned to roll by using a credit card. Lay your ground green out on your paper, then fold the paper over the pot, and then put the edge of the card over the top/flap of the paper and use the card to 'push' back on the green. Once you've pushed back and the roll is tight all you have to do is use your fingers to roll the jay towards you, then pick it up and lick and seal. It's a little bit fussy, but it helped me get the feel of rolling. It's hard to explain, but if you do it on a table/etc the card really helps get the roll started. I hope that helps! Happy smoking! :smoke:

  7. The key to rolling anything is CONFIDENCE... That is all. CONFIDENT that you can and will roll the best Blunt or Joint.

  8. take a tea bag or two and take all the tea out, and use that to practice rolling so you dont waste weed.
after attempts, you will gain experience, and just get better.
i learned with just weed to start, wasted some weed on my first few joints,
    but now i got BARS.

  9. I first started with cat nip... i had plenty of it ( I have a cat...) so i bought a few packs of papers and rolled and rolled and rolled.
