Leaf mutation?

    These two seedlings are from the same bag, looks like the one has some sort of leaf mutation or is it something else?[​IMG][​IMG]

    really common. could be just a bit of damage it sustained. minor nutrient issue. if it keeps growing like that it may be an issue but if it doesn't no big deal.
