It is normal for the tips on the bottom leaves to yellow a bit. When the plant/clone has no roots it still needs to feed so it takes it from the bottom leaves, once your clone is rooted the yellowing will stop.
Nope. Absolutely zero nutrients! I think im going to add some though because from the research I've gathered i have a nitrogen deficiency. Does that sound right??
