    Should I cut this leaf or not. Is it good for my plant.

    It's more important for you to figure why the leaf is like that. Cutting off a bad leaf doesn't fix the problem. What does the whole plant look like under normal light? What other things don't look right?

    YES AND NO. is the proper answer . I want to see it under white light .
