Leaf discoloration

  1. DWC, feeding 1000-1150 ppm & pH 5.8-6 full GH regiment with additives, her sister gets the exact same food and has no signs of stress.
She's drinking much less than her healthy sister, likely due to not being able to transpire as much. Both from seed, same strain. IMG-20190404-WA0006.jpeg IMG-20190404-WA0004.jpeg IMG-20190404-WA0002.jpeg IMG-20190404-WA0000.jpeg

Any input would be greatly appreciated. I thought it was a phosphorus deficiency at first but now doubt that. The next guess step I have is to simply dump some FloraKleen in it for a couple hours and swap it out the reservoir with a 600ppm bucket.

  2. The last picture looks like nute burn and/or CalMag deficiency.
Reducing nutes and/or adding some calmag might help.
Many of us dwc growers never go above half the recommended nutes.
1000 ppm would kill my plants.

  3. Inspect your roots on the plant in question.
They should be white as snow.
What is your water temp? How much air do you have pumping into each bucket? (should look like boiling water)
Does your air pump ever cut off? It should be on 24/7/365

  4. Thanks mate, I'll be reducing to 600ppm for her tomorrow.

@HardDrive - my roots are dirty from a bit of coco, a bad idea I had a few weeks back. I'm familiar with roots and these ones are quite healthy. My water temp is never above 20°c
I have about 5-10 times the air I need being pumped into either bucket, pump never shuts off.
