Laws Regarding Ordering Pipes Online

Discussion in 'Marijuana Consumption Q&A' started by TheMcRibIsBack, Aug 8, 2014.

  1. So I'm wanting to order a bubbler off of here, but the magical bud and all paraphernalia is 100% illegal here in Kansas even if no residue is found, but does this mean it is illegal to order online and if I do Will I wind up with 5-0 knocking on my door?

Also discuss legal issues regarding ordering in your area

  2. it isnt paraphernalia if its clean.

  3. My pipes (and everyone else's) are for tobacco purposes only... Don't u read the disclaimers?!

You're ordering a "tobacco pipe" so it's perfectly legal

I've ordered a couple of "tobacco pipes" online successfully

Life's better with a little green

  5. Regardless of its legality where you live, the police have no way of knowing what's in your mail. Seeds are illegal in every state, but people (myself included) still get them shipped to their front doors. You're good, man.

  6. well thats not exactly true. they can open it in some circumstances.

  7. And even IF they do, you will get no more than a letter in the mail saying your package was unlawful. That happened with a order of seeds once. No fine, no police, just a letter. And assuming the pipe enters via a major port (NY, Chicago, etc), then they may not even be aware of the laws in the shipping location.
