    okay this is the situation


    my little bro just got his lisence and he was also found out to be smoking pot...

    they say he cant drive because if he got in an accident and took a blood test of poth parties they would find THC and my parents would be held responsible it..

    i wasnt sure if that is right... anyone happen to know??

    being drunk you are under the influence.. but if your not driving under the influence with just marijuana in your body from smoking before
