a real lava lamp wouldn't work, they take to long to get going. You'd need to find one that doesn't need allot of heat to build up to work. then i'm guessing you'd need to make sure it can't come appart (superglue the base, middle and top together), then buy a inverter to run AC. After that you can do whatever you'd want to do with it. Either stick it in a seatbelt with the inverter hooked up to the cigarette lighter, or you can do some customizing work and wireing so the inverter is hidden and hooked right up to your electrical system.
yea its not an actual lava lamp. its just modeled after one. heres one of the ones on the internet... http://www.lavaworld.com/viewProduct.cfm?ID=2520-6 its kinda cheap and the glitter part of it kinda sucks but its close i suppose
yea thats bullshit how real lava lamps take like upwards of two hours to heat up. I love throwing them on whever im tripping... fun fun .
