So my buddy gave me a pound of last years grow and it just smells....planty.... So its not dry all the way. You squeeze it and it goes back to its original shape. He also didnt trim it and vacuum sealed it. Im wondering id there is a way to bring out some good smell from it pr is this just what i get. I have trimmed about an ounce and have put itnto a jar and burping it every once in a while dry it out some more and see if it brings some smell back.
From my understanding there’s not much you can do at that point. If it was not dried properly you may have some issues with smell and taste resembling grass, trimming and putting into jars with a humidifier bag might be the only thing you can really do. I’m definitely not an expert but I’ve done a lot of research of my grows
It was not dried properly, not trimmed and put into vacuum bags? You need to trim the leaves, manicure it. Take it out of the plastic vacuum bags and put it into glass jars. Cure it in glass for 30 to 90 days. Should be better.
