When is last frost in Vancouver? and how cold does frost mean? say i planted outdoors and a couple of weeks later last frost hits... should i consider those plants as good as dead?
If what your trying to say is Can you plant before last frost and expect them to continue growing during frost.... forget it, Temps are too low.
