So i looked today and noticed there were little worms in my rockwool cubes, no idea what they are, guessing from the flies that came from the ones i have in organic soil, but the flies dont really seem to fly, just hangout on the soil. Tried just fly traps and stuff but they just keep coming. Think they are eating the roots to the plants, around the base of the plant where the rockwool cube is it looks like its been chewed up. Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks.
