laptop volume not working ??? help

    so i have a windows 7 laptop and i was just watching a youtube video and the volume was working. now i play a video and there is no sound ive tried playing music through wmp and itunes and still no volume. its not muted, the volume is all the way up, and it says there is nothing wrong with the speakers. i kinda feel like its something easy like i pushed something on accident, idk. can i get some help please

    im having the same problem except mine is vista instead of 7. somebody PLEASE help us :confused::confused::confused:

    Try putting the disk in you got with your laptop, or you can go online and get the drivers, it is most likely an audio driver, you can get it right off of the windows 7 website blades, good luck!

    My desktop does this sometimes. I have to disable and then re enable my sound card in the device manager to get the sound working again
