hey! i sry for creating another thread , i know there are tons out ther ebut its preaty hard to check all the threads about lamps! anyway.. is there any kind of lamp for both veg and flowering?
can u be a little more spacific man?? wats volts? are they good for both veg and flowering?? i can get only 1 lamp cz im a little short on cash! so i need one that is good for both situations
High there, it depends on how many plants you are going to grow but the more light you can give the better. HPS lights do get hot but are great for lighting. For my first project I used one of these Grolux 40% more blue 600w HPS from seed to weed and it was great. It is a HPS bulb with 40% more blue for vegging. I then made a veggy area using CFL's and used the 600w HPS in my flowering tent alone and it was great for 6 big plants. So they are good from seed or clone and can be used also for flowering. You can get these in 400w, 600w, or 1000w. Good luck
