that bulb is the wrong kind and your plant won't grow under it. you need the spiral bulbs called cfls. Get the the biggest one you can find.
^^^ Agreed. That is an incandescent bulb. They will not grow your plant. CFLs are available at most box stores. Not sure what the highest wattage you can get there is, but anything is better than the bulb in the picture.
