No, it's not that easy pretty much anywhere else where MMJ is legal.

And as for the article, man, I've read that exact same article now about fifty times. Some reporter who hasn't been in the scene forever decides to try MMJ, writes that exact same piece and thinks it's ground breaking.

It's not.

Not only that, it's a detriment to the community to publicize the loopholes that we're actively trying to get closed. Lopez is a decent writer, and I've read his stuff for years, but his constantly changing his mind over what his qualifying condition was is disingenious, and fraudulent.

It'd be great if his recommending doctor called him out on his shit, but he won't.

 

I thought he was going to get rejected.

Was the $150 he paid for the reccomendation + visit?
