So, I looked on Google to see if anybody has a video of doing them. Didn't see a lot of people So does anybody here can do L pullups? I tried and it's hard as hell
i dont really find them much harder than regular chinups, you probably just need to work on core strength for stability
I can't do as many L-pullups as regular pullups. They feel awesome though because you're forced to keep yourself very stable, so the motion is quite smooth.
