L shaped pullups

  1. So, I looked on Google to see if anybody has a video of doing them. Didn't see a lot of people :rolleyes:

    So does anybody here can do L pullups? I tried and it's hard as hell
     
  2. i dont really find them much harder than regular chinups, you probably just need to work on core strength for stability
     
  3. yea probably. I can barely hold my legs up
     
  4. I do them for my core. They definitely take a strong core and strong abs to do.

  6. The L shape you make with your legs activates your core muscles.
     
  7. I can't do as many L-pullups as regular pullups. They feel awesome though because you're forced to keep yourself very stable, so the motion is quite smooth.
     
  8. agreed, i do chinups tho. pullups are alot harder tho.
