Not true, plants show preflower around 3 weeks from seed on 12/12. The idea with 12/12 perpetual is that by putting the plant straight into flower you are able to quickly finish the grow cycle (strain dependent) at around 2 months, which is faster than most grows. By packing in many small plants on 12/12 you will average around 7-14g/plant in a small area A friend of mine used a 250Watt CFL with 2 plants on 12/12 from day 1 and yielded 1.5 oz in 2 months.
srry guys been busy with work,, did get the seeds in some soil yesterday tho, lights are out right now or id do a pic update,, will get around to it in the next day or two
im going to mount another power strip down close to the bottom so i can put the bigger plants down there and the seedlings closer to the lights up top, my little aluminum self is at its max weight capacity, having to have ah holiday popcorn bucket under if for support haha ill post some pics of the mods once the lights come on nd i get em done shouldn't take but maybe 5 mins to add another power strip in there
i personally don't feel cfls have what it takes to get it all the waythey make a nice little bush, but they aren't strong enough to make dense buds, will make big airy ones though... but who wants that
I am loving this setup! I think I may do something similar, actually I know I will Sounds like conditions are ideal as far as temp and humidity, good job! pic 4 there (00200) looks a bit like my plant, the colors are a little lighter though, what nutes are you giving? I might suggest a nitrogen boost (5-1-1 or something). diggin the pics too, keep em comin' sub'd
thanks for the kind words and im glade to have inspired you go go with ah cab set up like mine as for the nutes im feeding her 1tbs of fish emulsion the schedule i have em on is water water feed she has been fed maybe 5 times she seems to b coming back now also have been folar feeding epsom salt for the Mg def.
i couldnt have said it any better it really ticks me off when people come on ah thread n try so hard to troll
added four power strips so ill b able to adjust the lights to the height of the plants as they grow my cab is 30" tall so i have the ones at 30", added two at 20" and two at 10" ill post some pics when lights come on i know i said i was going to do this the other day but never got around to mounting them,, but can up with ah better idea in the long run that i think will help out allot with stretching going to roll one up nd wait till the lights come on,, happyhappy token!!
lol. Alot of cabs in micro can't even support an hps..... shit I had a hard enough time controlling heat with CFL's. Big airy buds that get u fucked up are better than no buds... or paying for buds that are less quality than your cfl grown ones.. but there grown with hps.
Hi Kush411, I've been checking out your thread, and you asked on the first page if anyone knew a better way to clone. If it's okay with you, maybe I can offer some tips that will help with your next cloning. You must use a humidity dome of some sort. The only way your clones have of transpiring water is through the leaves, and a high humidity is a must. Don't ever let your clone medium dry out until the clones have rooted. The best medium for cloning is a 50/50 mix of pearlite and vermiculite. For the first 7 days, water once every day with plain PH adjusted water until run-off. After the 7th day, water daily with a 1/4 strength complete fertilizer, not just fish emulsion, as it doesn't have enough of the micro-nutrients or phosphorus the clone needs to develop a strong root structure. Mist your clones 4-5 times a day if possible, or else keep a small plate of water inside your dome to keep the humidity high, and mist whenever possible. Once the roots begin to show, remove the dome and stop misting and feeding for the next few days. Let the clone medium dry out (but not bone dry) before watering again with plain PH adjusted water. 3-5 days after you remove the dome, the clones should have developed a healthy set of roots and be ready to transplant. Hope that helps. See ya, and good luck.
sorry for the long awaited update i suffer from epilepsy nd i had another break thru at work on the 15th all good now tho nd her is the update got an early x-mas present fox farm trio nd some super thrive so when i got home today i fed the two oldest girls brow big nd big bloom along with some super thrive nd yes on the oldest has confirmed female can see ah couple of pistels coming off her as the other has not shown sex yet, three of the six seedlings was showing weak n poor growth so i tossed those no only have three that im doing 12/12 from seed so now heres some pics of me lady's
well some sort of bad news the oldest of the plants is ah hermie, but i have read somewhere that if u keep the pollen from your hermie plants n pollinate ah couple buds that you will have all female seeds so ima give this a shot,, anyone have any more info on this or am i even on the right track with this?
Feminised seeds come from hermie plant, if you have a female plant and it herms it is a male and female plant, if you let the pollen from the male organs mix with the female organs it will produce female seeds, supposedly. Its all from the one plant. Have a bag of hermies seeds too from this yrs outdoor grow. Best of Luck.
