Kung fu anyone?

  1. Just wondering, for all u kung fu fans, what's your favorite movie? For me, it's probably a tie between Rumble in the bronx (just for the fucking crazy fight scenes) and Kung fu hustle (even though it was meant to be a comedy, it's really innovative for a kung fu movie). What are some other greats that you guys like? I haven't seen too many karate films, so i'm looking to blaze up and watch some good ones.

    EDIT: I had to throw this clip in from rumble in the bronx. best scene in the movie right here, it's INTENSE!

  17. Five Deadly Venoms is one of the illest Kung Fu flicks ever created.
    [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kX6EHqcvqyo]The 5 Venoms[/ame]

  18. To name a few...

    Drunken Master
    Fist of Fury
    Enter the Dragon
    Way of the Dragon
    The Last Dragon (a bit out there, but a good one)

    There's a lot...

    A newer one I like that's a jiu jitsu movie is Redbelt. It has more of a storyline to it than most, but it still has some great scenes (it helps that I'm practicing jiu jitsu... or trying to so I probably enjoy it more. It's got some good philosophy in it, too.
