Hey guys. almost everywhere I go, people say that they only like a few songs by kmk or have never heard of them. But who else here likes kottonmouth kings? Personally, they are one of my favorite bands and I love every album theyve done so far.
I enjoy listening to the Kottonmouth Kings. Unfortunatly, I can never really get the opportunity to listen to them while getting high because there are a lot of stoners who really don't dig KMK. IDK why, it's stoner rip hop at it's best. Yeah I like Dirtball but a few things led me to dislike KMK. 1. They let D-loc on tracks when anything he talks about has nothing to do with anything 2. They're greedy side is really sticking out. 3. They kicked out Pakelika. How can it be Long Live The Kings, if one of the original Kings is kicked out. Same could be said for Saint Dog, but he left on his own. Pak got kicked, that's why it's a shitty ordeal. Not hating on them, I am a big fan of them. Have been since before I even toked. KMK are legends, but nowadays they disappoint me in some aspects.
they passed through orlando recently seemed like kmk was having some internal issues but b n e were awesome we have a theory (me and a friend) that "long live the kings" means that even if they stop each member will be replaced with a new "king" to keep it going
I thought he left during the tour and they wouldnt let him come back on since he left so he got pissed and didnt come back
A few weeks after Long Live The Kings came out DaddyX called Pak, and told him he was out because he didn't 'contribute' enough to the group. This is of course he said/she said, but I believe Pak over DaddyX.
Pak is starting his own group MiddleClassCasualties and still is part of the Subnoize/SRH fam just not a KmKing anymore. The Dirtball is cool but the vids I seen of Pak getting down in all the KmK dvds they have actually makes me think i missed out on not seeing them before he left (saw them 2 times now, first time was May). I caught Pak at Smokeout 2010 in the patients area blowing it up, he was way chill and let me take pics and take a hit of the atleast quarterpound joint(tasted amazing). I was packing a bowl with some homies in a table right from they were chilling when the joint they were passing got our attention..& i went up to 'em told him he looked like pak(I knew he was speaking at the cultivation expo event so thought it was him w/o the mask), then he said i was right on lol
I used to listen to there stuff alot. Just never really liked anything from them after Rollin Stoned though. I still listen to em every now and then.
