kosher gummies gelatin

Discussion in 'Weed Edibles' started by hebrewdiver, Dec 19, 2022.

  1. I'm making my first ever gummies. i have read a number of recipes and most call for using unflavored and flavored gelatin. They call for 3/4-1 1/4 oz of knox unfavored gelatin (4 packets in a 1oz box). I have decided on using bakel jel dessert unfavored because it is Kosher, no pork product. The package I have says 3oz and measures out to 1tbsp. Could anyone tell me how many teaspoons of the powder gelatine is in each packet of the Knox unflavored gelatine?
