I don't know. Read the contents. Do you know which micro nutes plants need? Look for a list of other chemical and mineral. Mg, Mn, B, Ca, Zn, Fe. There should be others. But I memorized many of them.
That should be good for flowering yes. Just make sure you don't go full strength at the beginning. Start at 1/4, or maybe even 1/8, strength and ramp it up from there.
