  2. "#5 I can only be strip searched by the same sex" What if you're gay? Then would you want the opposite sex to strip search?

  4. I believe that one can be changed on demand. ie: "im homosexual i would like to be searched by a officer of the oposite gender as it makes me feel more comfortable" I don't see how that would be a problem in the slightest.

Lol I don't think sexuality necessarily has to do with which sex people want to be searched by. :p Most people are more comfortable being searched by the same sex (especially women) regardless of sexuality because the person looking at your genitalia would (likely) possess the same genitalia, so it'd be at least a little less uncomfortable.
