Pretty hard to see... but looks like something's munching on your plant. I've heard good things about hot shot no pest strips as well as neem oil, but I don't know enough about dealing with pests to give you a solid answer on that. The burn on the tips looks like a pH issue. When you water/feed her you should be pHing what you're giving her to 6.3-6.8 (6.5 is optimal).
