I lost my phone but its due for an upgrade anyway.so can i get a upgrade for somethin like a iphone 5c for free (like i can online) if i go to the actual store, or do i have to upgrade it online to get it free?
Go to store so they can cancel the other phone and you can work everything out in person. You will lose stuff on your sd card unless you previously had an iphone.
