Yes well, as some of the members on here know I was training quite a bit to try to make it to Thailand this summer but suffered two moderate concussions in a very short period of time which made training impossible. I pissed around for a bit, focused on school and networking for the future but with winter coming around I am getting back to the grind with hopes to start training in the spring. I have been doing circuit workouts (high reps low weight) for the past two weeks and quit all the impure activities that I was indulging in and have already noticed big changes. Current body stats: 11/20/11 Height: 6' 1" (1 m 85 cm) Waist: 30" (83.82 cm) Weight: 185 lb (81.8 kg) Thighs: 23" (58.42 cm) Bodyfat: 9.45 % Calves: 16" (40.64 cm) Chest: 40" (101.60 cm) Forearms: 13.5" (34.29 cm) Arms: 13.5" (34.29 cm) Shoulders: 47" (119.38 cm) Hips: 30" (78.28 cm) I will post what I am eating on a day to day basis + supplements.
