    I do believe you can be charged even by responding to a seller stating that you would like to buy from them - at least in the U.S.

    Those first prices are wack btw. I would be far too sketched out to buy from someone online.

    This, I went a period where I had no one to buy from at all, and even I knew better than to do that. Better off asking friends/family then asking people around college/bars/clubs/smoke shops.

    Typically they wait until its clear that you're meeting them to buy marijuana, and then simply arrest you. All it takes is one lonely psycho cop with the messiah-complex out to catch pot smokers whatever the cost.

    best way to do this is to tell them you just want to meet for coffee or some shit then when you meet them bring up the deal. Itt lets you get a feel for the person your dealing with.

    I've grabbed off craigslist a bunch of times its no big deal. Cops have better things to do then bust someone trying to buy a gram or so especially in toronto. If your going to pickup just keep it under quarter and your good.
