Kief advice

    So I've been collecting my kief for some time now, and I've reached the point where my kief-catcher chamber of my grinder is filled to the brim. I am a huge fan of just topping my bowls off with kief, but with so much kief, I was wondering what other fun stuff I could do. Any suggestions? I've never compressed kief or made hash oil or anything, so if someone could explain these processes and maybe lay out some of the pros and cons to each method, that would be great. Thanks a bunch.

    suggestion:
    get a good scoup of it and press it down to a solid chunk, not too big not too small, about the size of the end of a ink pen and prolly like half to 1 mm tall. take that and put it at the tip of a joint of dank, sprinkle some of the kief on the dank throughout. when you light the joint drag real hard and take it down past the kief so u burn it all at once. cough your lungs up then finish the joint. you should be flying high by time its over.

    as for compressing it its not too hard just find like a small metal tube, like a pen casing. and somethign that just fits into the tube thats hard and flat on the bottom. put tube on table, put weed in tube, press down hard with the pressing object. theres u a kief nugget.

    if u wana make QWISO hash theres a sticky about that, i think in the processing forum. of if u wana make hash oil (BHO) theres websites that sell honey oil extraction systems or u can look up hash oil extractor on youtube and find how to make one.

    i personally like my method cause its easy.
    i usually make QWISO by soaking my grinder (after empty) in 90%iso and then straining (or not depending if u just wana get the kief itself out) onto a glass drying pan and the drying and scraping it up.
    never used hash oil but i have the feeling it would be too much for me lol it can be around 80-90% thc lol

    That is what I ALWAYS do with my kief. I never just sprinkle it. I'll wait about a month or two until my pollen catcher is completely full and then I'll make that hash.

    Although instead of using newsprint I usually rip a piece of cardboard off a box, soak it under hot water, and seperate the layers of the cardboard apart - thus using only one layer.

    Final product is great to smoke in a bowl with a glass screen, break up and roll in a J/L, or mix with fresh nugget in your binger.

    From start to finish it takes me an hour, and that's because I put the packet in the freezer before I unwrap it.
