This is so wrong. I live in a rural area and I help my grandma walk her dogs by a small river. There is this group of teens that rides their ATVs and like to ride really fast on walking trails. They like to accelerate so it looks like they are about to run over my dogs and then turn. They yell obscenities at my 70 year old grandmother as well. A little old lady for fucks sake. I would teach them all a listen if I could fucking catch them.

I think this man had remarkable self control, there is nothing more annoying then a punk ass kid.

  2. That's completely fucked, and fuck those parents.

If I had been caught vandalizing a home like that, my parents would've beat the shit out of me for it and told the guy that caught me he could have a turn too. And I would have deserved it.

What kind of world are we living in where kids can get away with horrendous acts of vandalism while the guy that stops them gets arrested for allegedly endangering them?

    Fuck that.

  3. well we don't know the guy personally but it certainly seems like a situation in which the parents are lying (or children) are lying about what happened

  4. Bad parenting: giving their kids the idea that the man was in the wrong, and not them, by retaliating against him.

    However, this:

seems like a weird thing to say and honestly does make me question his actions after finding the kids, especially knowing that he had helped put so much time and effort into the renovations.

All in all though I'd side with the man over the kids. I don't know if I could have restrained myself at all in that situation.. and really? They were traumatized? Puhhhlease.

  5. fucktard parents.. I hope they enjoy the lawsuit

  6.
The kind of world where kids are programed by cartoons and commercials that they are smarter and better than their parents.  They may be,  one day,,,but not yet.

  7. This shit scares the piss outta me!  One day these kids are going to be the adults in the society I live in!  I dread what the country will look like in the future.

  8. The parents filed charges because the punks were "traumatized"? The little shits should be traumatized! How traumatized will the old man be when he sees his home? Those little pricks need a good old fashioned ass whoopin. A leather strap to the ass fits this crime perfectly.

  9. I would agree.  If I'd have done something like that when I was a kid, my dad would have beat my ass until he either broke my pelvis or until it was time for him to go to work the next day.  I would have never considered doing something like that as a kid out of fear for the man.  That was my dad's punishment of choice and while I may have my vices, I turned out to be a man who knows how to show honor and respect where they're due.  Nor am I traumatized or any of this other bullshit psychologists try and paint of kids that are actually disciplined.

  10. Exactly. I never feared my parents but I respected them and other adults and peoples property. I feared the ass whoopin that I would get and would deserve if I behaved like a little asshole but a good spanking when earned is far from child abuse. Schools teach kids that their parents have no right to punish them and the become disrespectful punks.

Juvenile delinquents should spend a little time in reform school.

  12. hahaha sucks to be that guy

  13. Dont see this going the parents/childs way.

No judge is going to even listen to the stories of the kids/parents, they have zero credibility.

They got caught with their hand in the cookie jar, and now are crying and crying to try and not get in trouble.

Fuck those parents. They dont want to teach their kids a lesson, and instead want to get money out of this.

  14. ^^^ that!...depends on where they are

  15. Sounds to me like the parents and kids are too fucking childish to take responsibility. It's all hear say anyways, the boys against the man, there is no proof or evidence he harmed them but ample proof of their destruction. So it's ultimately who will you believe, the man who now has to repair a home he's been trying to repair, or the kids who did 40k in damages. I like to believe a jury would wave the charges on the man because the children's story is obviously a lie, but with our justice system it's hard to say. I would love to see the parents of the kids put into jail for obviously neglecting to take care of those kids' mental problems though....

  16. Parents these days smh. If I dd that when I was a kid my mom would have beat my ass and forced me to help rebuild it to work off what I owe. Hopefully the man is found innocent

  18. I'm just glad not one person has defended these kids, I figured someone would. Gives me a little more faith in humanity.

My parents would have pressed charges against me as well. One year in juvinile detention camp would straighten my ass out.

  20. Dumbass kids. Hopefully karma exists, and is a real bitch. I'm thinking getting hit by a few cars should do the trick-- break a few dozen bones, get stuck in a cast-suit for a few months. Golden punishment. Get on it, karma.
