i wish u all the luck...i used the gum and i quit the gum after a week and a half and been smoke free sence june 13th... EDIT i smoked about a pack and a half a day too so it wasnt easy
I'm with you man. Haven't had one since yesterday at 3. Good luck. What's working for me is everytime I feel like I want to smoke, I go do 30 push ups instead. Working so far.
