Hey brotha, as a total noob and about to try my first grow with autos, can you shed some light on feeding schedules for autos? I have grown a couple plants in soil in my Alaska green house and it was just OK. I am now moving to an indoor ebb/flow bucket system with 2 600w MH/HPS. Any info would greatly help. I have been reading for 4 months and have soooooo many opinions that I am getting overloaded.
First off you start with only 1/4 strength nutes after day 14. I dont really have a set schedule for feeding i go by my ppm levels. And do basic veg feed until i get preflowers i use a transition mix then flower feeding after the stretch ends then 5 day ripening mix before my flush 😊. Hope that helps. What are the target ppm's per week. Just to give me an idea. I know that I will increase and pay attention to what the plants like. Week 1-2 seedling - water Week 3 - ??? Ppm Week 4 - ??? Ppm Etc,etc,etc Also, when do you put you seeds into hydrotron? Here is what I plan to do. Germinate seeds in a dome (rock wool)for 1-2 weeks to get roots established Transfer to hydrotron on ebb/flow water every 8 hours for 15 min (20-4 light Mh) Day 15 - 1/4 strength GH nutes 321. 55 gal res filled to 35 gal. Day 22 - 1/3 strength GH nutes 321 Day 29 - 1/2 strength GH nutes 321 Day 36 - 2.5 ml/gal GMB (switch to HPS bulb) Day 43 - 1/2 strength GH nutes 123 Day 50 - same Am I close? Day 57 - same with Maxi bloom Day 64 - same with Maxi bloom Day 71 - water
