Kentucky has a law of 4 plants and under is a misdemeanor. my question is this. If i was growing Hydro and had for instance a big tub with lid that could hold 6 plants. now i grow one plant from seed and take 5 clones... these clones are the exact same plant and they are all in one big bucket.. could i argue that this is all 1 plant ? genetically they are the same plant, all connected at the roots, and all in 1 pot/bucket ? just a question.. yes im high...
