Whats the best way to keep blotter if Im not going to eat it for maybe a week or two? Or shoudl I reconsider and get rid of it or eat it sooner?
Wrap it in foil, and pleace it in your freezer or fridge... Acid is mainly sensitive to 2 things: Heat and Light. Thus putting it in the freezer or fridge, personally, if you are only storing it for a week or so, just keeping it at room temperature will probably be ok, leave it in a drawer or something to that effect. It shouldn't noticiably degrade in quality unless you directly expose it to the above 2 condtions...good luck...
