Keep it all organized.

  1. I'm not a very well organized guy. 53, ADD most of my life even though it was called "being a little Jack ass" when I was growing up Kids being a jackass. Heard that a lot.

Any way back to the storyline.

If you are SERIOUSLY considering moving to a legal state, start getting things in order. Original of your birth certificate, shot records, medical history, stuff like that. Also get a photo ID. You'll need it.

  2. Good advice. I'm also ADD/OCD to the core, so I relate to this. If I were getting a chance to move where I could be legal, I'd want to show up with my i's dotted and t's crossed. Fuck that delay shit, it's worth the hour or so spent on making sure it's all on point.

  3. The other thing to do today is go to Credit Karma and find out what your credit history and 2 credit scores look like. It's FREE and very helpful.
I was able to get 3 dead accounts dropped and that'll help the score grow in the next two months.
It matters for auto insurance, rent utilities deposits all of that.
Could be the difference between having a place or living on the streets.

Get your scores checked and improving

And you can legally grow, smoke, eat and have legal weed. Here's one that's only cash or conventional. Non FHA for this one. I have to go FHA due to some problems in 2010 that are all smoothed over now.
    I can hardly wait.

  16. image.jpeg image.jpeg People, things are coming together great. Found out today I won't have to pay any deposits on utilities, since I'm purchasing. They put s utility tax lien on your house.
Going back tomorrow with the intent of signing a contract for purchase. It isn't going to be a lot of home, but I won't be in a prohibition state either. Going to use my coupons on Friday.

image.jpeg image.jpeg TES!!! HELL YES!!! Snowing hard today, but the snow stopped when we pulled up at the 2 o'clock house today.

What a whirlwind today has been. Starting with heavy snow and house hunting. Went to 5 different houses before we went to the last one. Snow stopped when we pulled up

I started working on this move to Colorado when I decided being a patient was more important than being a felon, in August 2014, after the first ever MMJ petition failed to get enough signatures.

After the 2015 MMJ petition also failed to collect enough signatures to be put to a state vote, I KNEW getting out of Oklahoma had to become my MAIN High priority. Move or become a fekon and guess what? You can't get an industry card if you have a felony.

Glad to say I have made "an asking" price offer today and that makes it hard to turndown. Signed it at 4:15 PM Should've waited I know.

Nice 3/2 with all rooms on main level with a cellar type area that'll be re-worked at some point to serve a better purpose.
Hoping Colorado becomes my family's new home.
