So blades, today some twenty something girl was releases into the public, the catch, she wants to be a serial killer. In college she told classmates how she planned to kill a homeless man and how she killed family pets. They searched her dorm and found a kit with a mask, blade, hypodermic needle, and tapes of her killing some pets. They got her on animal abuse but today was released, she still is on probation though, had people making sure she isn't out murdering, not allowed on the Internet, etc. What do you guys think? Should Canada have freed someone has stated she wants to kill and has shown signs of becoming a murderer? I personally think that they should put her in a psychward and see if it's possible to rehabilitate a psychopath. If someone says their attentions are to kill and they even filmed themselves killing animals...it's only a matter of time.
