  1. lol. yea, i'm definetely digging the tri-meter.

  2. I think a tri-meter will be the next purchase I make, is the temp of your water 80 degrees??

  3. And I feel bad, I'm always checkin out you and trichome's journal but I don't have any log for myself. Once I get a new camera, smashed my old one shredding this winter, I will at least get some porn posted. I'm flipping to 12/12 in 2 weeks so we should finish around the same time. :D

  4. it was 80 when i first put the probe in. i got some frozen jugs in my main rez now and got it down to 76. i can't afford a good water chiller till probly my next grow. then i'll keep the water temps around 70.

  5. no worries bro. we appreciate your support. looking forward to seeing your ladies.

  6. nice k.o.g.! i have that sentinel timer, it's so nice and simple to use. they make good equipment. they've got a new co2 timer/controller out that is really nice. it looks like your screen is that 2"x2" dog kennel fencing, which is the perfect size (imo) for a scrog. i had to buy a whole roll though, $80!!! again, very nice set-up! you've got all the right stuff, i can't believe you don't have a chiller, lol. they are a bit pricey for sure. how long did it take to build that?

  7. i love my sentinels! the screen is 2x2. i got a 50 ft. roll at lowes for $46. i know i need a chiller. i got a good plan on how to build one. You will see it on here soon! i've been working on my room for a couple months. little by little. Thanks man.

  8. these buds are gonna turn out soooo sick under 4000 watts!!! this is gonna be epic!! no pressure bro. it dont matter anyway ... this is gonna be a HOT thread so get ready to keep your fingers goin answering all the blades that are gonna be following this potential jungle of fackin awsomeness!! oh man!!!!!! i am excited for real! plus rep!! sorry it aint a greenie yet. if i could i would give you 50 greenies for the effort in the setup bro. i will be here for the long haul. pullin up a bean bag chair and my 4 foot bong!:eek::eek::eek: 4000 WATTS!!!!!!

  9. Once I made a chiller out of an old mini frig by placing a bucket of water in it and rolling up 50 ft of vinyl tubing into it and having the res pump solution through the tube and back to the res. It worked great! I only got the eco plus chillers because they were a little fancier with the nice temp controls and all but IMO, the frig one worked just as well. I am looking forward to hearing your chiller plan. Peace

  10. That's funny. that's basically my plan. i'm making the same thing only with a copper coil inside a mini freezer. my friend just made one and he said it works great. i should have it done this weekend and i'll put up some pics of it.

  11. Thanks bro. All questions/comments are welcome here.

  12. Perfect plan! I wanted to use copper but I already had a vinyl one so my cheap ass just went with the flow lol. But it worked great. Copper will be even better. Good luck!

  13. if you could, kinda take us through your process with pics, so we can soak up some knowledge!

  14. good idea growbot. Will due!

  15. Here's an update: 30 days veg. Screens are nice and FULL! I'm gonna switch to 12/12 on Tue. I should be getting my freezer today also to make a water chiller.

  16. You should post a tutorial on that chiller. I hope it works out for you. If you don't plan on upgrading to like 40 buckets anytime soon you could get away with a 1/10 HP chiller. You could probably get one for around $300-350. But I'm really intrigued to see your DIY version:cool:.
That screen is gonna be a site to see around week 6 of flower, I'm definitely staying tuned on this one. Are you gonna be trimming anything that doesn't look like it will make it to the screen in time? Or are you gonna use the screen as more of a guide for all those colas?

  17. Very nice bro! Those are growing great! big ups

  18. The screen is the guide for all the colas. i cut everything that has hasn't reached the screen yet after 2 weeks into flower. all you'll see under the screens is branches. i will give em a hair cut and clone em probly tonite. that'll get rid of the stuff i know won't hit the screen.

  19. Thanks Doc.
