Very true, I've avoided going to the hospital for broken bones before but I've also seen a lot of people go to the hospital for a lot less.
I might wait it out a day and go in tomorrow to find out I broke my arm... but if I have a cut and the bleeding stops on it's own it'll be fine. I've seen people get stitches for a cut that a bandaid could of fixed.
I cut glass for a living for 8 years so you can imagine how scarred up I am. I kept a tube of super glue by my machine just for these occasions. 8 years and not one stitch. Went through a lot of glue though.
