Just shaved my head... Sterotype?

i cut mine down to a half inch, its all coo, anyone to stereotype are assholes and their opinions should be discarded. Short hair is simple and keeps you cool in the heat.

 

I've got maybe 3-4" of hair on my head. I used to have REALLY long hair, but cut that off because it was in the way. You're not part of a stereotype unless people can look at you and immediatley classify you as what you are.

 

I guess the stereotypes are different where you live than in the states, where people with long hair and unkempt beards are the stoner stereotype. I cut my hair from about 18" to a 3 buzz cut this summer. It was crazy.

How do you like living in Sweden? I wouldn't mind moving to the Denmark/Sweden/Finland area when I get older. The jazz (and just general music) scene is otherworldly over there.

 

i miss my long hair, my head is cold everytime i walk outside. but, it is so much easier with short hair again. no more taming it in the morning before going out.

 

I used to have a two inch wide qeue(sp?) on the top of my head that went from my hairline about to the crown of my head, and after having it for three years, when I finally cut it off, it was down between my shoulder blades. Maybe fifteen inches. I miss it =(

P.S.
The reason it was so short is because I ruined it with dye/bleach.

Heh. Complete opposite here. Almost everyone has short hair except the stoners.

 

I had like 20 inch long hair for my first year of college then i shaved it because i bet on the wrong team winning the Stanley Cup... But people DEFINITELY look at you differently, people tell me all the time i look more intimidating and kind of look like a gang member or something...

 

I keep my hair short for a few reasons.

1. My head is the size of Mars and with an excess amounts of hair it starts to create its own magnetic field.

2. I like lookin fresh at all times. I get my hair cut every two weeks. My shit always looks like it just got done. It helps my sister is a stylist.

3. I live in the inner urban area of a large city and black girls love guys with fresh fades and I love me some black girl.

i go back and forth, though i've never had long hair, just buzzed, short, and kind of light mop top (don't know how else to describe it). right now i'm growing it out, cause the only time i've ever grown my hair out was when i was tweakin, and that looked bad cause you can't really look good on that shit ever

 

I have dreads like 3 inches past my shoulder, I'm fairly easy to steriotype.

 

Here it's the opposite, smokers are long-haired stereotypically. I keep my hair normal though, less people know I smoke that way and I don't want to look like all of my friends.
