just moved to a new city

    if you see a stoner-ish looking person on the streets, odds are that it probably is one.
    just walk up to some people around a busy area at night like maybe a club or a bar and there are bound to be smokers around. just go about it real cool and play it chill, start by mentioning how you're new to town and what not, then eventually bring up the fact that you smoke.
    now that i think about it, that sounds like a good way to make friends..
