It's really strange. When I am high, I am able to realize so clearly that God exists. It just 'make sense'. Everything just clicks into place.

However, it is very hard realize that when I'm sober.

Why is this? I want to know what is happening that makes this happen.

Does anybody else have this experience?

  2. It used to happen to me, but then I learned physics.

But yeh, I once had a crazy stoned religious epiphany on a train. It was going through the countryside and I suddenly thought "there's no way this could have happened without god."

  3. For me it is irrational to think that an invisible, all powerful being that has just "always been there" must have created everything...whether I'm high or not. Sorry bro, I can't relate.

  4. Drugs aren't really designed to clear your mind.

  5. I've come across some spiritual highs before, but in the end I take those thoughts with a grain of salt. I'll jot them down, go over them when I'm completely sober, and just laugh.

Then again, God already makes sense to me sober. I think it's the more grandiose ideas where I believe I know everything about God.

Firstly, welcome to the forum. :)

When you alter your consciousness entheogenically, you're effectively raising your frequency of vibration. When you raise your vibration, you open yourself to experiencing a different state of being - your higher self, in a way that you don't normally feel. This higher self is much closer to god than 'you' are.

The idea is to slowly bring this vibration into your everyday consciousness by holding onto the connection longer and longer each time as your vibration returns to normal. You can do this by practising meditation.

  7. I got so stoned one day and decided to Watch a Juggalo Documentary called the American Juggalo. The intro music was the shit and I think that is what pulled me in. Anyway I felt like the Juggalo gathering was a real utopia. Yeah, I was that stoned. Next Day I watched it again and realized how pathetic some of the people are.

I still believe that for Juggalos, that kind of gathering is a Utopia.

  8. Hmm. Yah it really seemed strange to me.

Everything seemed to just click into place and I was like 'yeah, how can there NOT be a God?' - like all of a sudden I've understood everything - it just MADE SENSE.

I noticed its valid for other subjects as well - for example, when I studied economics or some hard material which I had no idea about, when I smoke, all of a sudden I was bombarded with understanding.

    Very strange.

P.s. Thanks for the welcome.

  9. Like everyone else, god is in your mind.

  10. isnt any creation evidence of its creator?

  11. Well first off that is an illogical question because you are assuming that we were created. You have no proof that we were created. To be created would require a creator. To assume we were created, you have already decided there is a creator. So your belief in a creator makes you assume that we must have been created and therefore that proves there is a creator. That's not sound reasoning. And how do you know your creator isn't a creation and thus has it's own creator, and that one has it's own creator, and on and on ad nauseum?

  12. Well the universe had a beginning, the space time continuum was created from where there was no time nor space beforehand..

So obviously there is some 'creative force' behind it, it's illogical to believe the singularity caused itself to expand if there was no time in place for cause and effect to happen.

  13. If I'm high in nature like a forest I get a strange connection with it all that definitely makes me believe in god. But when I'm sober I don't really get it either.

  14. Doesn't mean when your were in the forest what you experienced wasn't real. How you feel when you experience something is always real, even if you don't always feel it afterwards.

Remember, in the forest you were in an altered state of consciousness, and by its very nature, when you are not, you cannot feel what you are no longer the vibration of. But who knows what will happen and how things will change for you along this journey.

Just knowing is a red flag that you don't know.

If you can't logically explain why you believe something then you believe in something that isn't real

Dishen. How many many times are you going have to be told that this is not true. We are trying to teach you science but you just ignore it. That's why you get called a troll because your posts are just so far from correct you can't even be taken seriously.

But ill humor you for fun. Please explain your reasoning behind the claim that the universe had a beginning. If you can't prove that the universe has a beginning then your argument is invalid since it rests on that fact.

  17. Whenever you speak of God, you will get a lot of criticism from atheists. Atheists generally have trouble comprehending anything outside of this planet and are blinded by the corruption and lies in religion to the point that they believe their is no god, just because organised religion is a load of bullshit and there is no 'proof'.

While there may be no Christian 'God' (the bearded, judgmental punisher in heaven), there certainly is something which is essentially God, the source. Cannabis is widely know for its medicinal and recreational uses, but its spiritual uses are often forgotten. Cannabis, much like mushrooms, peyote, salvia etc are connected to mother earth. Sometimes it is like mother earth is giving you messages through these spiritual tools. It also allows you to experience 'God' more easily. It is also helped by the fact that cannabis makes people more open minded (so you are more open to an idea of God when you are high) and raises their vibrations, which again makes it easier to feel the light/source.

  18. Great post. :smoke:

  19. The big bang created the space-time continuum.. it created time itself, meaning time is finite and was created, hence had a beginning.

If you're trying to teach me science then explain how cause and effect can take place when there is no time in the picture..

  20. Cannabis simply connects you to that "source."

You don't need the opinion of others to confirm this intuition, or if your experience is valid. What you felt, is what you felt. And, many people have this same experience from the vibrational state of being high, including myself.

You know there is definitely something to it. That's all you need.
