Just a few days to get a few hundred miles away from home. I left christmas night and headed to NYC/New Jersey border. This trip has confirmed that I hate New Yorkers. You all suck. Boston is a much nicer, chiller place. In New York people are pissy and have attitudes. Nobody would help us, and one asshole told us to "keep traveling". I wanted to jump out and stab him. I left NYC (after walking around Manhattan for a day and going to Liberty State Park (Statue of liberty + Ellis Island) and headed for Atlantic City. I'm not old enough to gamble, but I did see a Jeep catch on fire, ate a very good buffet at The Hilton Hotel/Casino (for $9.99 I recommend it), and bought a sweet bowl from some Arab lady. I even haggled a discount on a grinder. Haggling with Arabs is awesome (especially when your part Arabic yourself and know how to do business with them). Pics up after I finish this bowl and take a shower. (I haven't had a real shower in days) After that I just took 95 North and went home. Stopped at 8 or 9 National Parks to get cancellation stamps (each park has a unique ink stamp and I go on road trips and get real baked and go into the museums. I also got to try out a lot of my new gear. New watch, Knife (folder), ENORMOUS camelbak, and a Tekra headlamp. Man this little bong is awesome
sounds like a damn good time man. im jellous as hell. and why do they call em cancellation stamps? whats being cancelled?
how old do you gotta be to gamble? i thought it was 18 im going to vegas soon and im 19 its gonna suck balls if i cant gamble
You get a blank passport and every time you visit one of the parks you get its unique stamp.. Its just a collecting thing. Its pretty sweet because its like collecting an experience... I've been to like 50+ national parks in the past 5 years To gamble in Atlantic City you had to be 21 (because the bars and casinos are mixed and the sell drinks at the slots)
