It's a lorum, the kind that's at the bottom of your shaft right next to your balls. I think it's a 12ga. It definitely wasn't as painful as one would expect. I went in wanting a PA but the piercer advised that I go with a lorum or frenum. After asking a few questions, I decided on the lorum. After the needle went through, I thought, Wow! that hurt less than my lobes. It was just a pinch and then nothing. Done. If anyone has the chance to stop in at Big Brain in Omaha, you won't be disappointed. I had mine peirced way back in the day same thing as hes describing but I took it out cuz it got infected.... Should have listen to the piercer when they said to wear a rubber during the dirty till it healed. It was cool and all at the time but thinkin of it now I wouldnt do it again.

The one I have took like 10 days to heal until I was ready for full-on action. Others can take much longer.
