just found out i have to go to court

    yeah so today i was lookin up my family's history on the court systems and it shows me having a theft charge for under 1000 dollars for takin 2 peices of
    8'-4' ply wood from a construction site. and my friend got his case droped and im supposed to go to court on the 12th of dec. and im pissed. i was 17 at the time and im now 18. this is some bullshit. i dont understand how come mine didnt get dropped and his did and how come ive gotten nothing in the mail yet
