    Don't be afraid of drugs you find on the ground, in the last year ive found a bag of 50 high quality ills, 90 mg of codeine and a full pack of smokes, all at different times. The ground is full of treasures, you just need to look. :hello:

    It's probably a chocolate flavoured blunt wrap. If it's not rolled well just re-roll it.

    Definitely finders-keepers, though.

    EDIT: you might not want to smoke it with the wrap it's in, if it was on the dorm hallway floor. Just roll a few joints with the weed or something.
