Just came up with this in Photoshop

    I just came up with this using the Pen Tool in photoshop:

    If you can't tell what it means, than you are obviously not from CA.

    I really like your pic im not originally from CA but I now reside in canada and yet I dont know what your pic means, but I do like it however

    ill take a shot at it and say something about sacto. sacremento. and i cant tell too well if those are the different boundary areas of sacremento. again its just a guess.

    im pretty sure it means, "sac up" or grow some balls in other words... just my interpretation.

    It has two meanings.

    1. Sac(cramento) up = nor cal rep
    2. Sac up, grow some balls.
