First off I want to start out saying that this is my first vape pen. And I'm wondering if I am doing everything correctly! So I went to a local boutique and I saw a sign on the cloud pens and on it said "herb only". So I am guessing that it came with the proper set up for herbs not wax. Likewise, I asked the employee and she explained that it was only for the herb and that they had others for wax. So I grinded up a little bit, make sure to warm up my coil and put it in there but I feel as though I'm only getting one good solid hit wondering if anyone else has any tips for using this! Also she told me that little bit of alcohol would be good to clean, so how would be best about going through the cleaning process? Thanks again!
