you "cant" buy weed at the cafe bro... nor can you at bcmp or the vap lounge. You need to be 18 to be around that area but they usualy let shit slide. you can easily score some smoke in that area tho. Check out the mini museum that used to be in the herb school. also check out granville street for clubbin... one key thing tho... no hookers in van please!
